With over 20 years of experience across the hospitality and culinary education sectors, I bring a unique blend of hands-on operational expertise and strategic training leadership to every project I undertake.

My career began in professional kitchens, progressing through roles  working in a range of environments from fine dining restaurants and corporate catering to international hospitality settings in Japan. This foundation gave me a deep understanding of high-pressure kitchen operations, food safety, stock control, menu development, and service standards.

Over time, I transitioned into education and training, where I have spent more than a decade developing future hospitality professionals. I have worked extensively as a Chef Lecturer across colleges.

Alongside education, I have operated as a Hospitality Consultant and Director of a training company, supporting schools and organisations with menu development, staff training, compliance, and operational improvement.

My expertise spans both practical and strategic areas of the industry, including:
